The product
For US$39 you get a China Sourcing Feasibility Report, an instantly delivered PDF digital report, for the product you describe in the order form. The report is AI-assisted, generated from public data (government sites, public lab price pages, public B2B listings). Figures are estimates based on stated assumptions and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.
Not professional advice
The report is for general information only. It is not legal, customs, tax or compliance advice, and it does not certify or confirm that any product is compliant with any law or standard. Check HTS codes, duties, certifications and market requirements with a qualified professional (for example a customs broker, testing lab or lawyer) before you buy stock or sell.
Payment
Payments are processed by our payment processor (merchant of record), which acts as the reseller of the report. Your purchase is made from the merchant of record, and its own terms apply to the payment. The charge on your statement and your receipt come from the merchant of record.
Delivery
After payment, the report is sent to the email address you entered, with a private download link, within 2 hours. If it is not delivered within 2 hours of payment, you get a full refund (see the Refund Policy).
Refunds
- Late delivery: if your report is not delivered within 2 hours of payment, you get a full refund.
- Generation failure: if your report cannot be generated, you get a full refund.
- Verifiable factual error: within 7 days of delivery, if the report contains a verifiable factual error (for example a wrong tariff rate or a wrong certification requirement), you get a full refund.
- Otherwise, because each report is made for you, no refunds are offered after delivery, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email sourcingbrief@mail.grokbot.com with your order ID and, for an error claim, a description of the error and its source. Refunds are issued through our payment processor (merchant of record) to your original payment method.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate product details. Do not submit personal data about other people or confidential information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for business decisions, lost profits or losses resulting from relying on the report.
