Refund Policy

This policy covers the China Sourcing Feasibility Report ($39, PDF digital report).

When you get a full refund

Late delivery: if your report is not delivered within 2 hours of payment, you get a full refund.
Generation failure: if your report cannot be generated, you get a full refund.
Verifiable factual error: within 7 days of delivery, if the report contains a verifiable factual error (for example a wrong tariff rate or a wrong certification requirement), you get a full refund.

Other cases

Otherwise, because each report is generated for your product details, no refunds are offered after delivery, except where required by law.

How to ask

Email sourcingbrief@mail.grokbot.com with your order ID and, for an error claim, a description of the error and its source. Refunds go to your original payment method through our payment processor (merchant of record).
