The product
For US$39 you get a China Sourcing Feasibility Report, an instantly delivered PDF digital report, for the product you describe in the order form. The report is AI-assisted, generated from public data (government sites, public lab price pages, public B2B listings). Figures are estimates based on stated assumptions and may be incomplete, out of date or wrong.

The report is for general information only. It is not legal, customs, tax or compliance advice, and it does not certify or confirm that any product is compliant with any law or standard. Payment
Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as our merchant of record and reseller. Your purchase is made from Creem, and Creem's own terms apply to the payment. The charge on your statement and your receipt come from Creem.
Delivery
After payment you are redirected to your report page. The report is usually ready within 20 minutes; you can come back to the same page later.
Refunds
- Generation failure: if your report cannot be generated, you get a full refund.
- Verifiable factual error: within 7 days of delivery, if the report contains a verifiable factual error (for example a wrong tariff rate or a wrong certification requirement), you get a full refund.
- Otherwise, because each report is made for you, no refunds are offered after delivery, except where required by law.
To request a refund, email sourcingbrief@mail.grokbot.com with your order ID and, for an error claim, a description of the error and its source. Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method.
Your responsibilities
Give accurate product details. Do not submit personal data about other people or confidential information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for business decisions, lost profits or losses resulting from relying on the report.
