What we collect

• The intake form you submit: product category, target retail price, planned monthly volume and target market.
• Your email address.
• Your order ID and checkout ID from our payment provider.

We do not receive or store your card or other payment details. Payment is handled by our payment processor (see below). We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To research and generate your report and to show it on your report page.
• To answer support requests and process refunds.
• To keep the minimal records required by law for accounting and fraud prevention.

How the report is made

Your intake details are sent to AI and web-search providers that we use to research public data and write the report. We send only what is needed for the report — your product details, not your name or payment data.

Payments

Our payment processor (merchant of record) acts as reseller. It processes your payment, handles tax and sends your receipt, under its own privacy policy. It shares with us your email, order ID and the intake details attached to the checkout. We keep your email and order details to deliver the report by email with a private download link that expires after 30 days.

How long we keep it

Intake data and generated reports are kept for up to 90 days after your order and are then deleted automatically. Minimal accounting records of the order (order ID, email, date, amount) are kept longer only where the law requires it. You can ask us to delete your data earlier by emailing sourcingbrief@mail.grokbot.com.

Anonymous usage counts

To see which pages are useful, we count page views (by page address), sample downloads, uses of the HTS lookup tool and clicks on the order and checkout buttons. Each event is stored as a simple anonymous count with the date. We do not use cookies or tracking scripts, we do not store your IP address, and the counts cannot identify you. Automated crawlers are filtered out where we can tell.

What we don't do

We do not sell, rent or trade your data. We do not use it for advertising.

Your rights
